Worse carpark in the city. They change rules on a daily basis, overcharge and there is nobody you can talk to to at the front desk! I use their early bird which rules change almost on a daily basis. Today I was stuck at work until 8.20pm and I was forced to pay $55 for the car park when I used the early bird! The reason for the $55 is simply because with the early bird you need to leave the car park by 8pm. No flexibility shown at all! It didn’t matter that I was there only 25 mins after the early bird “limit”. I don’t understand how it can be acceptable that the early bird has a limit! What does it change at 8pm? What logic is that? And how acceptable is it to pay $35 more than the $20 ticket for the early bird for 25 mins extra? Would it not make more sense to start charging per hour after the expiry of the early bird? Absolutely ridiculous! I will never use it again! Over-expensive and awful service!

This Car park is very expensive and charged me and my daughter who went to disney on ice $42 dollars for parking for 3 hours...? i have complained and they said to me that i should have researched carparking..?? i actually did on Parkopedia and it said event parking was 20 dollars.. but no where was it seen or advertised at that price or that i could pre pay instead of standing in line for 35 mins to pay for the parking at the pay station.. which cost extra..Poor effort Britomart Carpark..
