We paid $24 for all night parking as we were attending a work function at the viaduct and when we returned we found our vehicle and several others were vandalised. We asked Wilson Parking for the footage as it says it has 24hr surveillance but they declined stating it was a breach of privacy. I suggest not using Wilson carparks as their service is possibly the worst I have ever experienced. Definitely don’t leave your vehicle there for extended periods as they definitely don’t look after your vehicle at all.

Very poor customer service, terrible car park, got a $65 ticket for a few minutes late payment using the app.

I got a 65 dollar parking ticket for being there 1min past the grace period even though I was in my car getting ready to leave UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Run down, crap, and very small writing saying that their all-day charge does not exist on weekends = $12/h!!!
